Two low-interest loan programs to assist communities with: municipal wastewater or public water supply infrastructure construction projects, stormwater and green infrastructure projects and water efficiency and other pollution control projects. |
CWSRF: Approximately 60% of AAA market rate with 40% savings through interest subsidy. 0.5% Admin fee, Up to 30-year term, 1.25x Debt Coverage Ratio Requirement, No Cash Reserve Requirement, No interest charged on unused loan portion.
