Informal Meeting October 11, 2013
Notice of Rule Making Published November 15, 2013
Draft Proposed Rules for Public Inspection November 15, 2013
Comment Period November 15, 2013 – January 15, 2014
Hearing January 21, 2014
Final Proposed Rule January – February 2014
Board Adoption February or March 2014
Legislative Review Spring 2014
Gubernatorial Review Spring 2014
Final – State Published Rule July 2014
Attorney General Certification August – October 2014
Submittal to EPA August – October 2014
EPA Approval (30-90 days) November 2014 – January 2015

The informal meetings will be followed with a formal Notice of Rulemaking Intent, formal proposed language, a Rule Impact Statement, a formal comment period from mid-November through December and a formal public hearing in January. As usual, we are counting on public input to make this revision a success. Please submit all questions and comments by phone, via email, or post to:
