Abstract:
This dataset shows the active sampling point locations for the streams associated with the Beneficial Use Monitoring Program (BUMP). Created in 1998, the Beneficial Use Monitoring Program (BUMP) is a comprehensive statewide compilation of water quality data. The BUMP's main goals are to document beneficial use impairments, identify impairment sources, detect water quality trends, provide needed information for the Oklahoma Water Quality Standards, and provide critical information for the prioritization of pollution control activities by state and local entities.
