Wastewater Supply Planning Guide

As part of the OCWP, the OWRB has prepared the Public Water Supply Planning Guide and Wastewater Planning Guide to assist public systems in developing plans to meet their specific long-term water and wastewater needs. For those systems that do not have a Capital Improvement Plan or similar document in place, OWRB has built a template which assists system managers ask all the right questions to develop their own truly useful plan.

Additionally, a Fiscal Sustainability Plan (FSP) is required for some projects under OWRB’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program including those that upgrade or expand existing treatment works.
