Two low-interest loan programs to assist communities with municipal wastewater or public water supply infrastructure construction projects and other pollution control projects.

CWSRF: 2.6% fixed + 0.5% admin.; 20-year term

DWSRF: 70%of market rate plus 55 basis points fixed + 0.5% admin.; 20-year term

Engineering & environmental report; public notice and hearing.

Project must be ranked and listed on project priority list; Projects ready to proceed will receive higher points

A long-term; low-interest public water & sewer loan program offering variable interest rates, with fixed rate a conversion option.

4.50% variable, 30-year term

Debt service reserve of 10% can be included in loan
